EPW - Deranton à Paris, gold and enamel quarter repeating verge fusee, dumb-striking on block, 40mm, 18K OF original consular case with cobalt enamel and gold monogram back, green gold borders, KWKS, WED, verge escapement, gilt mvt with pierced & engraved foliate scrolled two-footed balance bridge, s#780. Gross weight of assembled watch 37.5 dwt (58.3 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Runs only face-up, good escapement function in that position, plates show fine gilding, little oxide on steel components; dial with repair above winding hole; mint original hour hand, plain replaced minute; original case shows very light wear, some MFS to enamel, small edge loss, no dents or dings; button latch good; bow & pendant original; good domed glass crystal.
